Here are the five steps that make up our Architectural Design process:
- Consultation.
We begin by meeting with you to discuss your needs, preferences, and budget. This initial consultation helps us understand the scope of the project and begin to develop a design plan.
- Moodboard.
After the consultation, we create a detailed moodboard. It’s a collection of visual materials that evoke a particular theme, style, or concept. The moodboard includes sketches, schematic plans, style references, and concept inspirations. This moodboard serves as a roadmap for the rest of the project and will be refined and modified as needed based on your feedback.
- Conceptualization.
We translate your vision into preliminary design concepts. Exploring various ideas, we develop sketches and outline the initial spatial arrangements. This phase lays the foundation for the creative direction of your project.
- Design Development.
Building upon the chosen concept, we delve into detailed design development. This stage involves refining sketches, creating 3D models, and establishing the overall aesthetics. Collaboration with you ensures the design aligns seamlessly with your preferences and expectations.
- Finalization and Project Guidelines:
In the last step, we focus on finalizing the design elements and creating comprehensive project guidelines. This includes detailed specifications on materials, finishes, and essential elements. These guidelines serve as a roadmap for the project’s execution, ensuring a seamless transition from design to realization.
